There were many changes for the people in the time of reconstruction and civil war. there was many economic changes regarding the race of the people. there was also a lot of social problems since there were now no more slavery and everyone was equal. there was also a lot of political changes as well.
Body Paragraphs
the economic changes were good and bad because of a lot of events that happened in the reconstruction. the newly free slaves were now able to look for work and start earning a lot of money. also most of them got to start their own farms and get richer then the people that use to own them and there labor. this is how some changed.
the social of the people also changed because there was a new social type of people. the newly freed slaves were now able to socialist. with that came some people that did not want them to go out of being slaves they are the kkk. the kkk was going around killing the ex-slaves because of their skin.
the last thing that changed was the politics of the new nation. now the new citizens were able to vote for their representetive of their option. not only that but they could be able to run for the mayor and be other legal representatives of the law. the last thing that changed was that the laws came up when slaves were set free to control them like the jim crow laws.
Conclusion
in conclusion this is how the live of all of the people in the united states changed. how it changed in the ways of social live. also in how they changed in the way of new politics. the last thing is how it changed in the ways of economic ways.
