African Americans were freed and lived on their ex-owners land. They borrowed the land to farm and live on.
yes!!!! i agreee the 1960s americans still weren't too sure about the african americans but it got better over time
The documents doesn't ask us about the 1960's they ask us about the 1860's about slavery.
